TVTIME - a bug after installing it on Ubuntu 64 bits Maverick

There is a bug after installing tvtime on Ubuntu. It actually doesn't work after installing it by a official ubuntu repository. See this message in ubuntu forum

There is a known bug in Ubuntu since Karmic which is still present in Maverick (see

It is about a PCI tv-card and a USB sound device.

Just click on that last link and you find this package:

tvtime_1.0.2-6.1ubuntu1+ppa2_amd64.deb

In my case, I downloaded the 'amd64.deb', because I've installed ubuntu 64 bits.

So you have to download the specific package for your ubuntu (amd64 or i386),

but, I don't know if there is a bug in ubuntu 32 bits, ok?

After installing this package, tvtime really works fine.
